Each EFX Silicone Sport wrist band contains two embedded EFX dots and comes in a variety of stylish colors. These are the most popular of the wrist bands and are often warn with the Meridian Packs or Foot Packs for best success. The Silicone material makes them ideal for wearing in the pool, in the bathtub or while participating in water sports.

The oval bands were designed more for style than anything else. They contain one embedded holographic dot and will provide the desired outcome for most people. We have found that they work best on younger and healthier individuals. The individual with more health problems may benefit more from the sport version because it has more dots.

EFX Neoprene wristbands each contain two embedded dots similar to the Silicone Sport bands. They are a snug fit which some athletes prefer over the loose silicone bands. If you have sensitive skin you may prefer the neoprene wrist bands since it is a much softer material, however, if you are hot blooded and tend to sweat a lot you may be better off with the silicone bands.
